Choose size according to the foot length

About size

Please measure your foot length carefully, then refer to your foot length to choose the shoe size in the size table (we send CN size accordingly).

For example, my foot length 24CM, I choose size 7.5=CN size 38; And if the foot is wide or fat, please take a size bigger.

*Please choose the size according to your bare foot length, not the shoe length (shoe length usually 0.5~2cm larger than foot length)

Reminder:

1. Foot sizes may vary from different manufacturers, different brands, different styles, so you should choose the size from the accurate foot length.

2. All size is by manual measurement, 0.1~0.5cm error is acceptable.

3. Suggest you to measure your foot length at afternoon, when the foot may expand slightly, so this measurement will be more accurately. 

Packing

Shoes comes without box packing to save shipping cost (we will use other light weight material to pack shoes safely), if you need shoes box packing, you need to pay for the extra cost and please contact us to arrange.

Receive Address 

Write your full name and house number in your shipping address when you make an order  because some countries, for example Russia, have a new rule now, post office will not dispatch parcels to you if you don’t write full name.  we don’t take responsibility if package not delivered because of the address problems.

Notice

1. About subtle defects: Because our shoes are handmade, subtle defects not quality problem.

2. About color difference: there may be a little color difference because of the flash of camera, background light, monitor setting and other factors. So the color of the actual item may vary slightly from the images, thanks for your understanding.

3. About smell: some shoes may have a little smell, because our shoes process is adhesive and some new-made shoes’ smell not blow off enough time before sending. You can solve this by placing shoes in open area to blow off the smell for a while.

Payment:

1. we use Alipay here, all world payment tools are accepted by ESCROW system, for example Visa, Western Union, Money Booker, Credit Card, Qiwi Wallet and Bank Transfer etc.

2. please finish the payment within 3 days after order placed and if you have any problem about payment, please contact us.

Shipping :

1. Package will be sent out in 3~5 days if order has no payment/address/customers/holiday problems.

2. We usually provide free shipping by China post or Epacket, meanwhile you can choose some other shipping methods available with discount.

3. All shipping methods have tracking number, and you can track your package online.

Delivery Time

1.DHL usually takes 7-10 working days(not including holiday and weekend)

2.EMS usually takes 7-15 working days(not including holiday and weekend)

3.Epacket usually takes 10-30 working days(not including holiday and weekend)

4.China Post Registered Air Mail(not including holiday and weekend)

1) usually 10-15 working days to Asia

2) usually 15-30 working days to West Euro, Oceania and Mid-East

3) usually 30-45 working days to South America and Africa

About Tax 

You are subjected to the imported taxes, custom fees which maybe imposed by your local custom office. We are not able to inform you the due fee as it is various from countries and items. 

Refund and Return

1.If there is any problem with the order,please contact with our Customer Service first. We will try our best to help you.

2.All the items must be returned in original condition,otherwise we will refuse to refund.

3.The buyer is responsible for all charges occurred in returning process.

If you do shoes wholesale business, we will give you discounted prices according to your quantity. Besides, you can publish our product pictures and we can provide neutral package (without our information) if send directly to your customers.
