Refund and Returns Policy

Return/ Refund Policy:

  • pk does not accept any returns made after the package is opened by the customer.
  • Refunds on our products are only entertained if the products are damaged, incorrect product is delivered or if the product is defective.
  • If you are looking to get a refund on a product, Shopizia.pk is liable to receive evidence on any of the above mentioned cases.
  • Your product will be picked up by our service provider and after careful examination will be termed as eligible or non-eligible for refund at our center.
  • The entire process may take up to 10 working days.
  • Customers will be notified via email if the refund request is declined. In case of acceptance, the amount will be credited to the website account of the customer.
